Who we are
Hitch & Run is an iPhone game made by an independent developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play.
Information we collect
None. We don't operate any servers for the game, and the app does not send personal information to us or to anyone acting for us.
Information stored on your device
To save your game, the app keeps the following on your iPhone only: your bolts, upgrades, unlocked trucks, which purchases you own, best score and sound setting. We can't see this data. Deleting the app deletes it.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases (the VIP Tow License, premium trucks and bolt packs) are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your name, card details or Apple ID. The app only checks with Apple which purchases your account owns. Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Game Center, your Game Center nickname and high scores are shared with Apple's Game Center service so the leaderboard can show them. This is run by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can sign out of Game Center, or limit who sees your profile, in your iPhone's Settings → Game Center.
Advertising and tracking
The current version contains no ads, no analytics and no third-party tracking code. If a future version adds ads, we'll update this policy before that version is released and the App Store listing will show the change.
Children
Hitch & Run is suitable for a general audience. Because we don't collect personal information from anyone, we don't knowingly collect it from children.
Your choices
You can delete all game data at any time by deleting the app. Purchases can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID from Garage → VIP → Restore purchase.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date above.
